1 - RESERVATION
All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. ATTENTION: After this deadline, if we have not received your payment, we will consider your reservation cancelled and all sums paid will be retained by the campsite.
Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Once the contract has been signed, it will no longer be possible to add another person.
Any additional person not mentioned in the contract may be refused access to the campsite.
Reservations are definitive once they have been confirmed in writing by us (and must be presented on the day of arrival).
Once the contract has been signed or validated on the site, it will no longer be possible to add or modify a person.
2 - ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: RENTAL
On arrival each occupant will be asked for proof of identitý.
Any undeclared person or child, or any animal in excess of the rental's capacity, will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Lodging: arrival from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in low season and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in high season. No late arrivals. Departure before 10:00 am. Late arrivals will be billed. The inventory of fixtures will be made within 48 hours after the departure of the customer, the deposit will be destroyed or closed 48 hours after departure at the latest.
Camping pitch: reserved and rented by the night. On arrival, you will be asked to show proof of identity. It is available between 11am and 12pm or from 3pm to 7pm in high season and 3pm to 6pm in low season, on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, after which a supplement will be charged. Payment must be made on the day of arrival. No refunds will be made for early departure.
No late arrivals.
3 - GUARANTEES
For rentals: a cheque or cash deposit of 250 euros for the accommodation and a cheque or cash deposit of 80 euros for the cleanliness of the accommodation will be requested on arrival. Without a deposit, you cannot enter the rental. It is not cashed, but it constue is a guarantee of reimbursement for the campsite in the event of breakage or loss of equipment, or damage to the campsite and swimming pool.
For pitches : No deposit required.
4 - MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE STAY. DELAY - EARLY DEPARTURE
The campsite manager must be notified of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your pitch or accommodation.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures. After a 24-hour delay, the campsite reserves the right to re-let the pitch if it has not been notified.
5 - CANCELLATION OF STAY
Mobile-home or chalet rental: For any stay cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount paid will be retained by the campsite. - For any stay cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, the full amount of the reserved stay will be due and will be retained by the campsite.
Bare pitch rental: The deposit will be retained by the campsite in the event of cancellation.
CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE (recommended) : We strongly recommend that you take out this insurance in order to be reimbursed for the cost of your stay (in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance). This insurance is optional and represents 4 % of the cost of the stay. - In the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay, the campsite cannot be held responsible. Consequently, no refund will be made by the campsite. - The insurance premium must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable. - Cancellation and interruption insurance reimburses all sums paid before the arrival of the stay and the amount of the unused stay pro rata temporis in the event of premature return (excluding administration costs). - In the event of a claim, you must notify the company within 5 days. - The complete general cancellation conditions are available on request or can be consulted online at www.campezcouvert.com and on our website. The tenant must be insured for civil liabilitý.
6 - INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Each tenant agrees to read and abide by the campsite rules, which are posted at the campsite entrance. .
7 - CONTACT DETAILS
You authorize the campsite to keep your details in order to send you commercial information. If you do not wish us to do so, simply inform us by post.
8 - OTHER
The site management reserves the right to refuse any reservation, particularly in the event of abnormal demand, or to expel any person acting in bad faith. They will be expelled without refund. You are responsible for any theft, loss or damage of any kind during or following your stay.
Foreigners are not allowed to enter the campsite and must report to reception. Electric car recharging is forbidden on the campsite.
9 - AQUATIC AREA
Everyone agrees to read and abide by the rules posted at the entrance to the aquatic area.
Ball games, inflatable mattresses, shoes and food are forbidden in the aquatic area. Only bathing suits are permitted. Diapers are mandatory for young children.
Bathing cap recommended for long hair.
Children must be accompanied by a parent.
10 - VISITORS
No visitors are allowed on the campsite, and if they are caught they will be expelled immediately and the tenant will have to pay the sum of 15€ per person. The management reserves the right to expel any tenant who fails to comply with these rules without refund.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in their immediate removal and a breach of contract for the tenant of the pitch or rental, and therefore the end of the stay immediately and without refund.
Any person not belonging to the campsite is not allowed to enter the campsite, and must pass through reception.
11- ELECTRIC CARS
It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric cars inside the campsite, whether in a mobile home or on a pitch. If the tenant is seen recharging his car, he will have to pay a bill of 100€ and disconnect his vehicle immediately. Failure to comply with these rules may also result in eviction without refund.
Charging stations can be found on the quaysides in Caudebec en Caux.
12- CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN
In the event of a dispute, and after contacting the campsite's customer service department, any customer who has stayed at the campsite may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, sent by recorded delivery to the operator.
